Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required MBA preferred 5+ years of business development or sales experience in electrical equipment, power systems, or transformer manufacturing Strong understanding of electrical transformers, power distribution, and energy infrastructure Proven success developing new markets and closing complex deals International sales or global market experience preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Results-driven with strong organizational skills Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in target markets Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and strategic partners Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth goals Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project management teams to deliver customized transformer solutions Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities Prepare and present technical proposals, commercial bids, and contract negotiations Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings Partner with international clients and stakeholders to support global expansion efforts Coordinate internally to ensure successful project execution from order through delivery Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline forecasting, and reporting Why This Role?
