• Full-Time Day Shift - $21.00 starting rate ($20.00 base pay and $1.00 allowance)

• Full-Time Evening/Overnight Shift - $24.00 starting rate ($20.00 base pay, $1.00 allowance, and $3.00 shift differential)

• Full-Time 3-12 Shift - $23.34 starting rate ($20.00 base pay, $1.00 allowance, and $2.34 allowance for the 36 for 40 schedule)

• Part-Time - $20.00 starting rate ($19.00 base pay and $1.00 allowance)

• Seasonal Day Shift - $20.00 starting rate ($19.00 base pay and $1.00 allowance)

• Seasonal Evening Shift - $23.00 starting rate ($19.00 base pay, $1.00 allowance, and $3.00 shift differential)

• Answer packaging questions for team members
• Prepackage product to be returned to stock
• Ensure orders continue moving on the belt by ensuring the line stays clear
• Perform exceptions tasks (e.g. ensure repick has arrived for order, print failed paperwork and/or labels, correct overages of parts picked, pre-packed incorrectly, or oversized orders; process custom barcode and custom paperwork as directed for the order; review pack comments)
• Perform packaging tasks as needed which include:
• Review pack lists to ensure correct parts and quantities match the order
• Assemble the box, or for Multiple Ship Consolidation (MSC orders) use the appropriate poly bag, and package the order for shipment using appropriate packing material and any special instructions for the parts being shipped
• Use barcoding software to create custom barcode labels and attach the labels to product packaging and outer box at the customer's request when it can't be done at a pack station (training opp as this won't happen a lot - not all customers are going to be using the template set up)
• Identify potential quality and continuous improvement opportunities and elevate to leadership to act on
• Able to work with members of management to get issues actioned out (i.e. explain the issues and recommend solutions)
• Actively participate as a team member in order to meet departmental goals
• Performs other duties as assigned including but not limited to possible reallocation of efforts to other organizations per business need and management request.
• Operate industrial pallet jack to assist moving materials and products

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
• Competent computer navigation and typing skills
• Ability to provide a positive, professional and enthusiastic outlook or perspective
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task as well as the ability to change focus quickly while waiting for a resolution to the pick exception and/or based on requests by employees and management
• Quickly and efficiently solve problems; collaborate with peers and leaders as needed to resolve issues
• Able to think critically and come to a resolution leveraging systems|tools and working across business units
• Dependable, responsible contributor committed to excellence and success

• Generally, spend the workday performing repetitive motions that involve or affect the hands, head, and other parts of your body
• Capable of spending 8-10 hours walking/standing on concrete
• Routinely lift 5-10 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs and rarely up to 77+lbs (with assistance)
• Able to twist or bend and occasionally climb stairs
• Able to reach with hands and arms above shoulder level
