In this role, you'll collaborate closely with HR professionals, support meaningful employee initiatives, and contribute to projects that improve the employee experience across the organization. What You'll Do

  • Provide daily operational and administrative support to the HR Operations Team.
  • Support HR initiatives through data collection, reporting, and documentation
  • Participate in compliancerelated activities, ensuring processes align with policies and regulatory requirements

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Attention to detail and a customerservice mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • At least one year of administrative or Human Resources experience
