Receive, verify, and process inbound materials accurately using Oracle or other ERP systems Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and high-lift equipment Inspect incoming materials for accuracy, damage, and proper documentation Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve inventory discrepancies using strong problem-solving skills Stage, store, and deliver received materials to appropriate locations to support production flow Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving and storage area Communicate material shortages, overages, damages, and system issues to the Supervisor or Team Leader Assist with cycle counts, stock control, and inventory audits Perform routine equipment safety checks and report concerns Meet established performance, accuracy, and safety standards Participate in continuous improvement activities as an active team member Perform additional receiving-related duties as assigned
YOU HAVE:
High school diploma or GED required 3-4 years of experience in receiving, warehouse, or material handling operations 3-4 years of hands-on experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and high-lift equipment Experience using Oracle or other ERP systems for receiving and inventory transactions Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Knowledge of inventory control and material flow processes Understanding of safety policies and procedures with the ability to promote compliance Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing Adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift materials, stand for extended periods, and work in a warehouse/manufacturing setting Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and safety

Pay Transparency
nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range: $17.20 - $31.90 Per Hour
