Summary of Position:

We are seeking detail oriented, highly motivated professionals that have 0-2 years' experience in a telecom inventory management role. This person will be required to place, track, and update equipment orders for multiple product lines during a single shift. This person will also be monitoring returns as well as making sure equipment is sent back to the warehouse within written guidelines. This person is also responsible for billing when equipment is not returned in a timely manner. They will interface with several other Purchasing, Premier, and Service Delivery teams to respond to and acquire order statuses and arrange and organize project rollout schedules and billing. Inventory control and accuracy will be vital to the success of this person along with ability to work on multiple different projects during a shift.

Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for submitting Return Labels to internal teammates or external customers.
  • Responsible for provided order status updates to other departments, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems
  • Responsible for pushing all order updates through SalesPad
  • Responsible for monitoring orders and acquire updates for orders outside of SLA
  • Responsible for interacting with UPS and other shipping companies to address shipment concerns and issues.
  • Responsible for maintaining track of all inventories being worked for configuration
  • Responsible for managing and tracking rental device returns and handling related customer charges
  • Responsible for completing assigned workflows
  • Troubleshoot using internal systems
  • Work closely with all internal departments to ensure correct equipment is configured and shipped for customers
  • Other duties as required by Management


Required Qualifications:



  • 0-2 years' experience
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly motivated, energetic, self-starter
  • Availability to work overtime as required
  • Great work ethic
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)


Preferred Qualifications:



  • 1-2 years of Telecommunications industry experience
  • Experience with multiple equipment manufacturers (Cisco, Adtran, Fortinet, Meraki, and others)
