Job Title: 2nd Shift Process SupervisorReporting To: Manager, ProcessWork Schedule: Onsite - Orrville, OHOur team in Space and Defense Group is looking for a 2nd Shift Process Supervisor to join them. You will report to the Process Manager and will have an onsite Monday - Thursday, 3:00pm - 1:00am work schedule. The Process Supervisor's tasks include: identification, implementation and measurement of short term department objectives which comply with the overall company strategic plan; motivation and leadership of team members and coordination of support groups to accomplish area objectives. Additionally, the Process Supervisor is directly responsible for the performance of the department. The Process Supervisor works with Department Manager to identify areas for lean and other improvement activities to achieve high impact results including increased profitability, productivity and capacity, and reduced internal costs, lead times and inventory. Salary Range Transparency: Orrville, OH $80,000.00-$95,000.00 AnnuallySalary Range Disclaimer The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location.
