Description Maine Medical Center Professional - Clinical Req #: 75320 We are seeking a dedicated transplant pharmacist for this exciting opportunity within the MaineHealth Transplant Program in Portland, ME. Our program is the only kidney transplant center in the state and serves a large, predominantly rural population across Maine. We are currently in an important phase of rebuilding and growth, with a strong focus on improving outcomes, modernizing workflows, and expanding access to transplant services. This position offers a unique opportunity to: Practice in a collaborative, multidisciplinary transplant team Play an active role in optimizing immunosuppression and patient-specific care Contribute to program development, protocol design, and quality improvement initiatives Help shape the future direction of a growing transplant program We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about transplant care, values teamwork, and is excited about building and improving processes. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license with Board of Pharmacy required. Experience: Previous pharmacist experience preferred.
