Description Maine Medical Center Professional - Clinical Req #: 75320 We are seeking a dedicated transplant pharmacist for this exciting opportunity within the MaineHealth Transplant Program in Portland, ME. Our program is the only kidney transplant center in the state and serves a large, predominantly rural population across Maine. We are currently in an important phase of rebuilding and growth, with a strong focus on improving outcomes, modernizing workflows, and expanding access to transplant services.
