The Opportunity This is an independent, multifunctional position responsible for overseeing all aspects of Property Management, Materials Management, and Postal and Shipping Services operations. The role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and hands-on technical expertise in warehouse and logistics environments. The incumbent will be responsible for planning, programming, workflow organization, budgeting, supervision, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality services. The position works collaboratively across departments, engaging with department heads, student organizations, and the broader University community to ensure efficient and effective logistics, shipping, receiving, and materials distribution services. A key component of this role includes operating warehouse and logistics equipment, including trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment at a high level of proficiency.
