Description As a Data Center Technician, you serve as one of many primary resolvers for your support team, skilled at troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware infrastructure issues. You support and share knowledge of these technologies with team members. You possess basic to intermediate system administration skills and work autonomously to resolve server issues. You understand all aspects of the equipment you support. You know how to take direction when given, paying attention to all details involved. You work well with a team. You are receptive to feedback and able to adjust performance and behavior as required for the position. Additional Skills & Qualifications equired Qualifications 2+ years of experience in program, project, or resource management Experience managing contract or vendor resources in a technical or operations environment Strong understanding of workforce metrics, reporting, and operational KPIs Skills server support, data center operations Top Skills Details server support,data center operations Additional Skills & Qualifications Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to operate independently in a fastpaced, missioncritical environment Proficiency in Excel, dashboards, and basic reporting tools Certifications are highly desired Experience Level Intermediate Leve Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Umatilla, OR. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
