Key Responsibilities

Project Ownership & Delivery

Traffic & Workflow Management

  • Act as the central hub ("go-to") for all creative projects, ensuring visibility, alignment, and momentum across teams
  • Manage timelines, production calendars, and resource allocation across design, copy, and marketing teams
  • Maintain accountability across stakeholders to ensure deadlines and priorities are met

  • Partner closely with creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed
  • Drive clear, real-time communication across teams to keep projects moving efficiently
  • Facilitate status meetings, reviews, and approvals

Process Optimization

  • Establish and refine workflows, setting best practices for project management within the team
  • Ensure adoption and effective use of project management tools (Wrike preferred)
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in a high-volume, bandwidth-constrained environment

Quality & Execution Excellence

  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and project requirements
  • Maintain strong attention to detail across all stages of execution
  • Demonstrate a tactical understanding of each brief to ensure successful delivery

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in creative project management, production, or traffic management
  • Proven experience working in in-house creative teams or agencies, ideally within beauty, fashion, or high-volume lifestyle brands
  • Experience managing diverse project scopes including campaigns, launches, and digital assets

Technical & Tools

  • Strong proficiency in project management tools (Wrike highly preferred)
  • Familiarity with creative workflows across design, copy, video, and digital production
