It involves assisting inbound callers in selecting appropriate devices and service packages tailored to their requirements. The role requires mastery in analyzing customer needs and recommending personalized wireless, voice, and data products. Success is measured by achieving sales targets, delivering quality customer experiences, and maintaining high standards in sales processes. Travel: Successful candidate's actual incentive earnings vary based on performance and full-time status.
