* Champion AI enablement initiatives, including scheduling and coordinating education sessions, and guiding teams in learning and adopting AI tools.

* Assist with workflow and tooling projects, managing logistics, and contributing to the prototyping or building of internal AI solutions.

* Develop, track, and manage project budgets, plans, timelines, and scope.

* Manage project resources, including procuring staff, developing, motivating, coaching, and advising team members.

* Partner closely with functional project teams to define business requirements.

* Lead development teams in delivering high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.

* Define test plans and ensure products are defect-free before User Acceptance Testing.

* Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process, developing rollout plans and procedures.

* Prepare and present comprehensive cost-benefit analyses.

* Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are being utilized.

* Make compelling presentations to steering committees or project sponsors.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline.

* 2-4 years of proven project management experience.

* PMP or PMI certification.

* Demonstrated deep, up-to-date understanding of modern AI tools and practices, with hands-on experience.

* A balanced and realistic view of AI capabilities, understanding both its potential and its limitations.

* Proven people management and team-building skills.

* Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable in exercising judgment within a changing environment and to manage competing priorities effectively.

* Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and collaborate effectively with business partners at various levels within the organization.

* Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functions.

* Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Hands-on, up-to-date experience with AI tools, particularly evidence of building or leveraging advanced AI workflows (e.g., agentic or multi-step systems).
