Are you a highly motivated and experienced program leader eager to drive complex projects from conception to completion? We are seeking a dynamic individual to step into a pivotal role where you will independently manage the full lifecycle of critical programs, driving business outcomes and optimizing future operations. This is an exciting chance to leverage your expertise to define solutions for cross-functional challenges, influence strategic decisions, and ensure the successful delivery of impactful programs that resonate with users and stakeholders alike. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding advanced programs, ensuring their alignment with strategic objectives, and fostering continuous improvement. You will be empowered to lead, innovate, and collaborate across various teams, directly contributing to the success and evolution of significant initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* 5 years of experience of independently developing comprehensive program charters, outlining scope, timelines, objectives, resource allocation, and potential risks or dependencies for advanced programs.

* Craft detailed project plans, segmenting projects into distinct phases, identifying risks and dependencies, and ensuring transparency regarding program constraints.

* Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with program stakeholders to facilitate effective decision-making and collaborative problem-solving.

* Optimize team structures and responsibilities within programs, and adeptly manage program escalations in close coordination with stakeholders.

* Design and implement predictable communication strategies tailored to various stakeholder groups, representing the program team across multiple touchpoints.

* Execute change management requirements identified by stakeholders, developing and rolling out comprehensive plans, including impact analyses.

* Monitor the progress of change management initiatives, proactively resolving any misalignments.

* Independently identify and collect necessary data for effective program execution and governance.

* Maintain accurate project trackers and status reports, proactively managing dependencies and ensuring alignment with Product Excellence values, Product Inclusion, and brand trust.

* Establish robust program governance structures, including effective mitigation strategies, post-mortems, and escalation processes.

* Facilitate productive program team meetings.

* Define program phasing and metrics that drive continuous improvement, incorporating principles of Resource Stewardship in collaboration with stakeholders.

* Implement regular checkpoints to assess improvement metrics and provide clear rationale for any program adjustments.
