Team Overview

The Diamond Financial Services team at TransUnion supports our largest and most complex client relationships, partnering with leading financial institutions to deliver insight-led solutions and exceptional client experiences. The team works across TransUnion's full solution portfolio to drive operational excellence, predictable execution, and measurable outcomes for strategic accounts. This team sits within TransUnion's Financial Services organization. This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.

Role Overview and Core Responsibilities

The Client Value Executive (CVE) III is the operational leader for a Diamond-tier financial services account, responsible for establishing operating rigor, coordinating execution across teams, and ensuring strong day-to-day client health. This role exists to elevate the account's operating model, improve predictability and communication, and protect and expand account value through disciplined execution.

  • Assess current-state account operations and define a Diamond-standard operating model across people, process, tools, and cadence
  • Establish and run a disciplined operating rhythm, including governance forums, reporting, risk and issue management, and action tracking
  • Coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams (analytics, fraud, operations, billing, implementations, and support) to ensure timely and effective execution
  • Lead escalations end-to-end, aligning stakeholders quickly and driving resolution with clear, executive-ready communication
  • Serve as the client advocate by translating client needs and industry changes into clear impact, recommendations, and prioritized actions
  • Produce and maintain executive-ready operating artifacts (e.g., weekly status, risk/issue logs, decision logs) that enable alignment and fast decision-making
  • Maintain strong operational controls, including billing accuracy, documentation, compliance readiness, and forecasting hygiene
  • Monitor account health signals to proactively manage risk, support renewals, and partner with the Client Executive (CE) on value optimization and growth opportunities

Required Knowledge and Experiences

  • 10+ years of experience leading operations, programs, or service delivery for complex enterprise clients - Required to manage high-stakes engagements with urgency and accountability
  • Experience operating in highly matrixed organizations - Essential for coordinating execution and influencing outcomes without direct authority
  • Financial services or highly regulated data-driven environments - Necessary to operate effectively within compliance, risk, and control frameworks
  • Escalation and stakeholder leadership experience - Used to address issues early, maintain client confidence, and drive timely resolution
  • Program and operating cadence design experience - Applied to create predictable execution, transparency, and measurable outcomes

Required Technical Skills

  • Executive-ready reporting and operating tools (e.g., status reporting, risk/issue tracking, action and decision logs)
  • Program and workflow management tools used to track dependencies, ownership, and delivery milestones
  • Financial and operational tools supporting billing, forecasting, documentation, and compliance controls

Pay Scale Information: The U.S. base salary range for this position is $92,250.00 - $153,750 annually. This position is eligible for both base pay and commission earnings. TransUnion commission targets are generally 20% - 50% of base salary and may vary based on position. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
