This position supports the PGA TOUR Pathways team by assisting as a point of contact across multiple business areas. Responsibilities include providing administrative support, assisting with project coordination, supporting the development of departmental processes, and contributing to department presentations and research projects in support of key growth areas of PGA TOUR Pathways.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • Minimum one year of experience in a professional business environment, ideally within sports, entertainment, or event operations.

  • Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Graphic design

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously, delivering accurate, high-quality work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments, fostering strong relationships and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with expertise in presentation design and formatting; experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and cloud-based collaboration platforms preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

  • Support the PGA TOUR Pathways department by serving as a point of contact across business areas and properties.

  • Develop and manage inter-departmental processes to increase operational alignment and communication.

  • Responsible for designing, organizing and developing all key department presentations with corresponding research and analysis to ensure consistency and strategic alignment.

  • Dedicated project manager for department projects and presentations, including calendar and time management.

  • Provide administrative and operational support for strategic growth efforts across PGA TOUR Pathway properties including Korn Ferry Tour, PGA TOUR Americas, PGA TOUR University, and Q School.

  • Coordinate staff accommodations for PGA TOUR Americas staff for all North America Swing events by collecting tournament hotel details and assisting with room block management in collaboration with the Pathways Tournament Business & Sponsor Relations (TBSR) team.

  • Support PGA TOUR Americas TBSR and Pathways Operations team with shipments from Global Home, including TOUR and tournament credentials, gifts, and sponsor materials as needed.

  • Assist with tournament logo distribution to ensure internal teams have access to current and approved branding assets.

  • Help maintain and distribute TOUR, tournament, and sponsor contact lists for the Pathways TBSR team, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

  • Provide support for special events and initiatives, including Tournament Meetings, Global Home visits, and partner programs such as THE PLAYERS Championship.

  • Conduct research on best practices from other sports organizations to inform continuous improvement efforts within PGA TOUR Pathways.

  • Stay informed on developments within the professional and amateur golf landscape and emerging trends in pathways programs.

  • Manage expense report processing and travel coordination for designated PGA TOUR Pathways leadership team members.

  • Special projects or others duties as assigned.
