Title of position: Summer 2025 Temporary Member Experience Assistant

Position Type: Up to 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm

Compensation: $17.30 per hour.

Location: On site at our Corporate Headquarters located at 3301 Country Club Rd, Endwell, NY

Responsibilities/duties:



  • Support member and employee feedback efforts by organizing survey results, comments, and themes in spreadsheets and/or dashboards.
  • Assist with documenting member journeys and pain points (e.g., mapping steps, capturing requirements, maintaining process notes).
  • Help prepare meeting materials, agendas, notes, and follow-ups for cross-functional working sessions.
  • Participate in basic research and benchmarking (e.g., competitor/industry experience practices) and summarize findings.
  • Draft and format internal communications, job aids, or quick-reference guides as assigned.
  • Maintain shared files and trackers to ensure information is accurate, organized, and easy to find.
  • Provide general administrative and project support to the Member Experience team, including special projects.


Minimum Qualifications & Experience:



  • Currently enrolled in, or recently completed, an associate or bachelor's program (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, Psychology, Human-Centered Design, or related field).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.
  • Adhere to all credit union policies, procedures, state and federal regulations and requirements.
