Required Skills for Success

• At least 1 year of accounting, billing, or administrative experience required
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team-oriented environment
• Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

A Day in This Role

• Record and apply daily customer payments accurately and promptly
• Review and reconcile customer invoices against supporting documentation
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies to improve billing accuracy
• Provide administrative and customer service support to the sales team
• Order and manage office supplies as needed
• Maintain organized financial and administrative records
• Communicate with customers regarding billing questions or issues
