Qualifications * Experience using a multi-line phone system, with the ability to screen communications based on predetermined guidelines * Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships * Strong customer service skills * Experience processing candidate applications and new employee paperwork * Strong oral and written communication skills * Ability to multitask with attention to detail * Dependable and punctual * Experience working on cross functional teams * Proficient with Microsoft Office products, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word * Strong self-motivation * Experience with certified payroll reporting (LCP Tracker), Davis-Bacon compliance, and workforce reporting Responsibilities * Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls and emails * Receive and direct visitors and guests * Process candidate applications and new employee paperwork * Distribute security badging to new hires and visitors, and maintain visitor logs * Handle daily UPS, FEDEX and USPS shipments * Keep supplies of office products supplied, organized and ready for use ready for us * Provide administrative/secretarial services to a variety of office personnel * Compiling and summarizing required daily, weekly, monthly and annual reporting, including certified payroll reporting * Ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information * Print, copy, bind plans and specifications, work plans, assorted other required presentations * Schedule and coordinate project visitors, meetings, travel arrangements, catering * File and maintain filing system * Performance of administrative and secretarial skills in an independent manner with speed and accuracy. * Ability to prioritize and accomplish work in a busy office environment. * Able to multi-task. * Able to work under pressure. * Strong work ethic.
