As a key member of our creative studio, you'll be instrumental in transforming strategic business goals into visually stunning and accessible designs. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop concepts and designs aligned with strategic business goals and accessibility compliance.

* Ensure all designs strictly adhere to established brand guidelines.

* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members.

* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and solving problems independently in a fast-paced environment.

* Perform image searching, retouching, and manipulation to enhance visual content.

* Demonstrate a passion for design, acting as a self-starter who brings creative ideas to fruition.

* Maintain exceptional organization and meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work.

**What You Bring:**

* Expert proficiency in design software, particularly InDesign, with strong experience in the production end of print and static digital design.

* Proven ability to develop concepts and designs while ensuring accessibility compliance.

* A track record of designing strictly according to established brand guidelines.

* Experience collaborating effectively within a team environment.

* Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, problem-solve, and work independently on multiple projects with constantly changing deadlines.

* Proficiency in image searching, retouching, and manipulation.

* A portfolio showcasing strong design capabilities and a passion for creative solutions.

* Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

**Stand Out With:**

* An Associate's (A.A.) or Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree, or equivalent practical experience.

* Proficiency across the Creative Cloud suite, including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

* 3-5 years of experience in a corporate, studio, or agency setting.

* Strong skills in creating and visualizing graphs and charts.

* An exceptional online portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions.
