Finance Manager - Southeast Leasing - JLL

Location: Hybrid - Atlanta, GA

What this job involves:

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our Southeast Region Leasing Finance team as a key business partner to our high-performing leasing professionals. In this manager-level role, you will drive financial excellence and strategic insight across one of JLL's most dynamic markets, supporting leadership with the analytics, forecasting, and operational intelligence needed to accelerate growth and deepen client relationships.

As a core member of the Southeast Leasing Finance team, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting financial trends to actionable business strategy, enabling commercial success, and leveraging AI-enabled innovation to unlock platform excellence. What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Serve as the primary financial advisor and strategic partner to Southeast Leasing leadership and broker teams across multiple markets, leading monthly and quarterly financial meetings with comprehensive P&L reviews that compare actual results to Plan and prior year performance
  • Support the creation of annual financial plans and quarterly rolling forecasts with focus on efficiency and improved pipeline visibility, while producing accurate monthly financial statements with detailed variance analysis including revenue schedules, labor reports, and team profitability analyses
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management by obtaining and validating transaction details in partnership with leasing teams, ensuring compliance and proper accounting for all deals while collaborating with JBS and business support units
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable objectives to reduce DSO and overdue AR, review accounts payable vouchers for accuracy and compliance, complete balance sheet reviews, and coordinate timely monthly financial statement packages with the broader finance team
  • Achieve 100% adoption of Enterprise AI tools, contribute to identification and delivery of high-value AI use cases, and collaborate with team members to develop efficient processes including automation and simplification of workflows
  • Develop and maintain broker productivity and economic models to assess market opportunities, support growth strategies, and provide forward-looking insights that connect market trends to actionable recommendations
  • Complete commissions analysis, support future-state planning initiatives, and deliver ad hoc reporting and special projects as required

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA and/or MBA a plus)
  • 4-5 years of relevant work experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles
  • Proven experience as a financial analyst or accountant with strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with proven presentation abilities, coupled with strong analytical skills and ability to understand big picture implications and identify actionable trends
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines, and high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Self-starter mentality with ability to excel in fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with sales professionals, business leadership, and cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in commercial real estate or professional services environment
  • Proficiency with PeopleSoft, Oracle EPM, and Tableau systems
  • Previous experience with financial planning, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Knowledge of real estate transaction structures and commission models
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage technology and AI tools to improve outcomes and increase productivity
  • Experience developing financial dashboards and reporting that drive leadership decision-making
