Job Brief

Engage with customers and customer facing employees to schedule and document product deliveries to customers and the transport of goods between facilities. Also responsible for directing the daily assignment of drivers and truck fleet.

What You'll Do

As a Dispatcher, you'll play a critical role in keeping our operations running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You'll be the central point of coordination between customers, drivers, and internal teams-ensuring timely product deliveries and seamless transportation between sites. Other duties include:

  • Plan, communicate and drive customer satisfaction and operational success.
  • Coordinate daily dispatch of drivers, trucks, and equipment to meet delivery schedules and operational needs
  • Serve as a key point of contact for customers and field teams, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service
  • Plan routes and schedules to maximize efficiency while maintaining strict safety standards
  • Create and manage accurate shipping documentation, including sales orders and bills of lading (BOL) in SAP
  • Monitor operations in real time and proactively resolve scheduling or delivery issues
  • Support a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with HSEQ standards and conducting safety checks (CCV, SSS)
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with ATF regulations
  • Assist with workforce coordination, including time tracking, training completion, and staffing alignment
  • Contribute to operational performance by managing costs and improving workflow efficiency

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years of experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and coordinate across teams
  • CDL Class A is a plus (not required)
  • Experience with heavy equipment or trucking operations preferred
  • Willingness to work early morning shifts and in outdoor environments as needed
  • Must be 21+ and able to pass an ATF background check

Annual Salary Range*: $60,000 - $80,000

*Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level. The salary range is Dyno Nobel's good faith belief at the time of this posting.
