The Talent Management team designs and drives strategies that ensure T-Mobile has the leadership, skills, and capabilities needed to execute its business priorities and sustain growth. We focus on identifying, developing, and differentiating talent through integrated practices such as succession planning, leadership development, and performance management. What You'll DoPotential projects could include developing cohort-based development to support calibration (learning, connections, contribution, capabilities). This could include defining cohort-based development opportunities and measurement. Develop a process for ongoing feedback loops and collect/measure/report the feedback on our new Perform and Grow strategy. Expanding BAU Talent Management process for new international teams. This will likely include talent assessment, goal setting, calibration and PIP education. Key Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education. Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location. Intern wages range from $26/hour to $47/hour. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on education/STEM vs non-STEM designation. Never stop growing! | |
