Product Internship

The Product Internship with support our Product Team on projects related to digital banking, payments and product management. In the duration of the 10 week internship, the opportunity involves the completion of at least one defined project, which includes discover from scoping through final presentation. The work will contribute to improvements in customer experience, product performance, and gaining exposure to how business cases and product decisions are developed.

• Assisting with data gathering and analysis of customer usage, pricing, etc.
• Document processes and procedures, preparing summary materials for leadership review
• Assist with implementation of tasks for new and/or enhanced services
• Participate in meetings with business partners and senior leaders

Qualifications:

• 
  
  High School Diploma or GED
  
  
• 
  
  Current college student pursuing Business Management, Finance, Marketing, or related Business disciplines
  
  
• Preferred: Enrolled in a banking program
• Commit to 40 hours per week ( Monday - Friday) for a 10 week summer internship; must have accommodations in North TX (Office is in Terrell, TX)

Skills:

• Strong interest in banking/financial services and small business banking
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Analytical skills and comfort working with data (e.g. reviewing reports, simple analysis)
• Clear written and verbal communication with ability to lead team meetings
• Willingness to learns, ask questions, and collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g. Operations, Marketing, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Treasury Management)
