Mobile Robot Process Technician, Megafactory

• Monitor andoperatethe Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) fleet to ensure continuous 24x7 material flow operations
• Perform first-level troubleshooting on AMR hardware and software, document incidents accurately, and provide operational feedback in Tesla's tracking systems,and quicklyresolve operational issues
• Identifyand escalate complex issues to Process Engineers, Maintenance Technicians, or Software Support teams as needed
• Conductroutinemaintenance tasks such as sensor cleaningandhardware inspections
• Use fleet management systems and dashboards tomonitorAMR performance, mission status, and system health
• Collaborate with PIV Material Handlers and Production teams to ensureaccurate, on-time material delivery whilemaintaininghigh safety standards and 5S discipline across all AMR operating zones
• Suggest process and system improvements to enhance fleet efficiency, reduce downtime, and streamline operations

• Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Automation, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field preferred, or equivalent experience
• Strong technical aptitude with a basic understanding of robotic systems
• Experience with AMR, AGV, or other mobile automation systems preferred
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and adaptinfast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environments
• Analytical thinker with a continuous improvement mindset and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and escalation

• Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods of time, up to 12 hours a day
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours/day, including over varied and uneven terrain
• Frequently and repetitively, lift, push and carry up to 35 lbs., including the ability to carry 20 lbs. up and down stairs
• Frequently and repetitively, bend, lift and reach to install parts
• Stoop, lay, bend, reach, squat, kneel, crouch,twistand crawl for extended periods of time, including up to 12 hours/day
• Climb andmaintainbalance on ladders, scaffolding or other high structures
• Ability to find issues in a work process and receive safety signals using sight, touch, and hearing
• Wearing Personal Protective Equipment, including but not limitedto:safety glasses, safety shoes, bump caps, arm protection, and adheringto prescribed safety rules and guidelines
