These are the qualifications that matter.

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or invoicing
• Experience with ERP systems required (NetSuite strongly preferred; other ERP experience acceptable)
• Working knowledge of EDI invoicing processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage both automated systems and manual invoicing tasks efficiently
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general accounting software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and process customer invoices based on sales tickets, including both automated and manual invoicing workflows
• Manage Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) invoicing, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and resolving transmission errors
• Review sales documentation for accuracy and completeness prior to invoicing
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and operations teams to resolve billing issues
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and customer communications
• Assist with month-end closing processes related to accounts receivable
