Starkey Retail is seeking a dynamic, results-driven regional leader to oversee clinic performance, develop high-performing teams, and drive operational and financial success across a multi-site region. This role is responsible for translating company strategy into strong field execution, ensuring an exceptional patient experience, and maintaining compliance and operational excellence at every location. The ideal candidate brings deep multi-site leadership experience, strong business acumen, and the ability to coach Regional Managers while partnering cross-functionally to support growth, accountability, and continuous improvement. JOB SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: The Regional Director provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for a multi-state retail region. This role is responsible for driving regional performance, ensuring operational excellence, and executing company initiatives to achieve revenue, patient experience, and productivity goals. The Regional Director establishes clear expectations, mentors and develops Regional Clinic and Operations Managers, and ensures consistent implementation of company standards across all locations. This position leverages data-driven insights to identify opportunities, optimize staffing, strengthen operation processes, and execute growth strategies. The Regional Director partners closely with cross-functional teams - including HR, finance, marketing and other shared services to support clinic performance and enable the success of the team. The successful Regional Director fosters a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and exceptional patient service while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This leader represents the brand, champions organizational values, and ensures that each clinic delivers a high-quality, patient-centric experience.
