You Are: The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for coordinating day-to-day facility operations for an office located in America Free Zone (AFZ). The opportunity: * Landlord & Vendor Coordination o Serve as primary point of contact with AFZ property management for all lease included services (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general maintenance). o Submit, track, and close facility service tickets with AFZ; ensure timely response and resolution. * Office Operations & Workplace Services o Oversee daily functioning of office soft services: janitorial, waste management, pest control, security coordination, landscaping and office supplies. o Maintain inventory for supplies such as PPE, cleaning items, cafeteria items, and office materials. * Safety, Compliance & Documentation o Support site safety programs (EHS), including inspections, ergonomic reviews, emergency preparedness, and incident reporting. o Ensure all facility work complies with company policies and landlord regulations. * Space Management & Moves o Support Onboarding Facilities assigned tasks for new RFT employees and contractors. o Assist with space planning activities, seating updates and reports, churn requests, and small internal moves. * Budget & Procurement Support o Support the Facilities Manager with purchase requests, vendor quotations, and contract renewals. * Special Projects & Events o Provide operational support for internal events, audits, VIP visits, and facility-related projects. o Assist with sustainability initiatives such as recycling programs and energy efficiency practices. This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required. What you need: * The candidate needs to have a degree in Facilities Management, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field. * 1+ years of experience in the following areas: * Facilities operations, property management, or corporate workplace support. * Coordinate multiple tasks and vendors simultaneously. * Building systems (HVAC, electrical, cleaning, etc.). * Microsoft Office and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, FMX, or similar). * English and Spanish. * Preferred Qualifications * Experience working in business parks such as AFZ, BES, Coyol, or similar. * Knowledge of OSHA, EHS programs, or emergency response procedures. * Experience supporting soft services and high-volume office environments. * Familiarity with procurement or vendor management processes.
