Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy retail and mall location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support order, assist with access-related concerns, and communicate with local management and/or first responders when needed.
• Document routine activities, observed conditions, and incident information in written reports, logs, and/or electronic systems as required by the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
