Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting information to site leadership and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including halls, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter zones, to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with directions, entry procedures, and security-related concerns while maintaining a professional presence.
• Support staff during security-related situations involving patients and/or visitors, following post orders and site protocols while communicating clearly with supervisors and local responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
