WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO The Talent Management Director is a key leader on the Talent & Community team in the Employee Experience organization. This team is a core part of our Talent & Culture strategy, bringing together Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Community Impact to build a stronger, more agile future for the business. WHAT YOU'LL DO & HOW IT SHAPES OUR SUCCESS As Talent Management Director, you'll step into a highly visible, influential role shaping how our people are hired, developed, and prepared for the future. Sitting at the intersection of strategy and execution, this role brings talent strategy to life by designing and integrating endtoend solutions across recruiting, onboarding, development, early career, flex staffing, and succession. You'll operate as both a strategic thought partner and handson execution leader- using data, storytelling, and influence to challenge thinking, guide leaders, and connect talent to business outcomes.
