Compensation $78,000 to $100,000 base salary annually depending on experience, education and internal guidelines. *This range reflects Carestream's good faith estimate to pay fairly as starting wage. Offers will be tailored within the range based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process, as well as geographic market differentials for the position. Position Summary:
The Manufacturing Quality Supervisor leads a team of quality technicians to oversee daily quality operations within Carestream's Digital Radiography manufacturing plant to ensure products meet all customer, regulatory, and internal specifications. This role is responsible for driving continuous improvement across critical quality metrics and resolving production and material issues for incoming, in-process, and final materials. The person in this role will partner closely with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to prevent defects, improve processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, this role is essential for improving product reliability, reducing scrap and rework, and driving quality improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.
