The Receiving Coordinator is an important member of the Shipping and Receiving team and is primarily responsible for receiving and distributing materials and products.

Responsibilities of Receiving Coordinator

• Receive materials from carriers
• Inspect incoming material
• Verify models and serials and document receipt of materials in designated ERP systems.
• Maintains daily metrics of receipts
• Works with Customer Service to resolve any issues
• Conveys materials from receiving to other designated areas
• Maintains safe and clean work environment
• Completes all required documentation legibly and accurately
• Other responsibilities and duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing background is preferred
• 2-4 years' receiving experience
• Ability to multitask and respond to urgent situations
• Understanding ERP systems a plus
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Understanding of shipping terms and documentation a must
• Team Oriented.
