Summary/ Objective:
This position is responsible for supporting activities to enhance quality and operational efficiency throughout the organization. Key responsibilities include managing the BR1FIXIT email to address quality issues and shipping exceptions, tracking operational metrics, and coordinating facility supply ordering and vendor relations.
Essential Functions:
Quality and Operational Support:


  • Monitoring open POs and Transfers - coordinating with Finance and Purchasing.

  • Update facility communication boards/TV communications

  • Enter all vacation bid sheets in vacation calendar

  • Track quality metrics, error trends - report out to ops

  • Assist with the coordination of Lean processes as targets are identified, including 5S of warehouse areas.

  • Scan receiving packing list into Eclipse PO

  • Review the User Event Tracking (UET/Fixit) log daily and coordinate corrective actions as needed.

  • Oversee supply ordering and coordinate shipment activities, including managing shipping exceptions for company trucks.

  • Manage branch to branch transfers issues/chart

  • Assist inventory control team as needed, cycle count ability

  • Additional Administrative task as needed

Supervisory Responsibility:


  • This position is not a supervisory role and does not have any direct reports.


Work Environment:


  • Office/Warehouse


Travel:


  • Minimal travel required (<10%) to visit other branches; no overnight travel.


Clearances and Certifications:


  • U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status required.

  • Background check is required.


Education and Experience:


  • High School Diploma
