As a Security Officer - Perimeter Patrol in Tulsa, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail and mall location, you will monitor and patrol common areas and parking zones, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will assist guests and tenants with directions and concerns, communicate clearly with site leadership, and document observations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and/or requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site leadership and/or local emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout retail common areas, storefront corridors, loading and delivery zones, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor access points, service entrances, and/or parking areas; observe for suspicious behavior and report hazards, damage, and/or maintenance concerns through approved reporting channels.
• Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity logs, including observations from patrols, customer interactions, and follow-up actions taken.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
