As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site teams, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking lots, and perimeter fencing to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Control access at entrances and interior checkpoints by verifying identification and/or authorization, issuing visitor directions, and assisting with truck driver and delivery check-in processes as required by site policy.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site leadership and/or local emergency services when needed.
• Document patrols, access activity, and incidents in daily reports and incident logs, and communicate observations and policy concerns to the site supervisor and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
