As a Security Officer - Unarmed Rapid Patrol Team in Fremont, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to an automotive production and/or logistics location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting and documenting events per Allied Universal and site requirements.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Control access at designated entry points by verifying identification, directing traffic flow, and/or coordinating visitor and delivery check-in per site procedures.
• Monitor cameras, gates, and other site systems as assigned, communicating observations to site contacts and/or dispatch while maintaining accurate shift logs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1+ years of security-related experience.
• Client requires proof of a high school diploma and/or GED.
• Be at least 21+ years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
