We are seeking an Accounting Administrative Assistant to work in our Eagle, ID office.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  • This role is responsible for accurate filing, organization, and maintenance of physical records. Must love to organize! Fast paced accounting department processes 1,000 transactions a month, which all need filed with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Occasionally lifting filing boxes for reorganization and trips to a storage facility.
  • Credit card reconciliation to include reviewing and matching credit card transactions with financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance. Key responsibilities include identifying fraudulent or erroneous charges, monthly reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, and record maintenance. Prior corporate credit card program experience helpful.
  • Assist Accounting Manager with banking/treasury management needs (i.e. opening bank accounts, gathering signatures, ordering checks, tracking interest rates, etc.). Prior banking experience helpful.
  • Duties may include:

    • Daily scanning and copying
    • Scanning and saving files to shared drive
    • Pulling back-up invoices from hard files as needed for researching questions
    • Taking deposits to the bank


  • Data entry into excel and accounting software
  • Other miscellaneous/admin work in assisting team of 10 people.



Job Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong organizational skills are absolutely required to ensure accuracy in sorting, filing, and maintaining large volume of paper documentation.
  • Attention to detail. Matching and cost coding receipts require attentiveness to detail and an aptitude for numbers.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Seeking a candidate with experience in an administrative role working in a team environment.
  • Experience must include proven success with managing details and organization.
