Under the direction of the Quality and Performance Improvement Manager, the Quality and Patient Relations Coordinator will provide coverage and support to the Patient Relations Case Manager and the Quality Data Coordinator as needed to ensure optimal department functioning. The Quality and Patient Relations Coordinator provides excellent customer service and reputation management and assists in reporting and data analysis as needed. This is a casual role based at our corporate office in Woodbury, MN. Casual is defined on an as needed basis for coverage during busy times, projects and staff coverage as needed. Primary duties:
Summit's hiring range for this position is $27.47 to $34.34 per hour. The hired candidate may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, differentials and/or deferred compensation. 2 years' or more of healthcare experience working with healthcare data, reporting, or analytical process responsibilities, required. (required)
