- Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP
- Required Skills: Antepartum, Labor & Delivery, High Risk Antepartum, Assist with sterile speculum exam (effacement, dilation, station, presentation), NST (Non Stress Tests), Reflex checks / edema assessment / clonus, Sterile vaginal exam, Use of EFM (External Fetal Heart Monitoring), Diabetes mellitus, HELLP Syndrome, Multiple Gestation, Pre-eclampsia / eclampsia, Premature Rupture of Membranes, VBAC management / trial of labor, Use of External Fetal Monitoring, Use of Internal Fetal Monitoring, Use of IUPC (Intrauterine pressure catheter) placement and calibration, Recognition and Treatment of abnormal fetal heart rate patterns, Administration of blood & blood products, Drawing Venous Blood, Starting and maintaining IVs, Use of infusion pumps / drips / IV monitoring, Antihypertensives, Insulin drips, Magnesium Sulfate therapy, Prostaglandins, Assist with high risk delivery, Assist with vaginal delivery, Circulate for C-section, Forceps/vacuum extraction, Hemorrhage/shock, Recover C-Section, Sterile vaginal exam, Neonatal Resuscitation, Radiant Warmers/Thermoregulation, Epidural Anesthesia, General Anesthesia, IV conscious sedation, Opioids, Pain assessment & management, Use of PCA (IV), Episiotomy/Incisional Care, Foley catheter insertion/management, Fundus / lochia / perineum care, Wound assessment/care, Vaginal Delivery, Cesarean Section, Multiple Births, Postpartum Hemorrhage, Pregnancy induced hypertension, Vaccine Administration
