Here's what you'd do Responsibilities include resolving complex benefits issues, vendor management, compliance oversight, benefits training, communications, and support of benefits activity/inquiry (open enrollment support, onboarding support, etc.); maintaining plan documents and Summary Plan Descriptions; and support for M&A activities. This position is expected to contribute to and deliver business processes in a self-managed and target-oriented manner, and thus contributes to team results. Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. Minimum 3 years of experience with Benefits programs. Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Skills include prioritization, vendor management, communication, attention to detail, critical thinking, teamwork, and proficiency in Office 365, knowledge of Savings Plan and Pension Benefits. Good knowledge of various health and welfare plans and relevant laws such as ERISA, FMLA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, Medicare, and IRS rules. Good emphasis on Health & Welfare programs.
