Responsible for leading the assessment, redesign, and optimization of DERMS business processes to ensure they are efficient, scalable, and aligned with both organizational goals and DERMS technology capabilities. This role ensures that DERMS processes are clearly defined, standardized where appropriate, enabled by technology, and supported by effective change, training, and performance measurement frameworks. The role provides endtoend accountability for process design and improvement activities within the DERMS program and ensures that redesigned processes are successfully transitioned into daytoday operations. Salary: MA: $132,000.00 - $155,000.00 USD annually Upstate NY: $118,000.00 - $138,000.00 USD annually National Grid utilizes an assessment that evaluates the job qualifications/characteristics using AI or statistically based scoring.
