Under general supervision, the Non-Medical Case Manager (NMCM) provides client-centered, non-clinical case management services to people with HIV enrolled in the Ryan White Program. The NMCM supports clients by identifying and addressing non-medical barriers to care, coordinating supportive services, and promoting sustained engagement in HIV primary care. This role emphasizes collaboration, advocacy, and a strengths-based approach to support client stability, retention in care, and overall well-being. Other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $60,072 - $79,073 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $28.77 - $37.87 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position.
