The Job at a Glance The Salesforce Business Analyst acts as the bridge between business teams and the Salesforce platform, translating needs and requests into clear, actionable solutions. This role partners closely with stakeholders across CX, Sales, Marketing, eCommerce, and other teams to gather requirements, document business processes, communicate project status, and support solution delivery. The Salesforce Business Analyst helps ensure our Salesforce ecosystem continues to scale with the needs of the business while playing a key role in roadmap execution, enabling efficient operations, driving adoption, and maximizing the value of our Salesforce investment. The salary range for this role is $68,957.00 - $89,549.00annually which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role.
