General Superintendent - Heavy Civil Construction (relocation)

We are seeking a General Superintendent to lead field operations for a growing heavy civil construction division specializing in dry utility infrastructure. This role will drive safety, operational discipline, production efficiency, and crew performance across underground utility and infrastructure projects.

• Lead and manage large field crews (50+ craft employees)
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution
• Ensure compliance with construction safety standards
• Drive productivity, accountability, and field performance
• Coordinate work across subcontractors, crews, and municipal stakeholders

• Heavy civil construction with dry utilities
• Underground utility installation including trenching and excavation
• Experience working in municipal infrastructure environments
• Strong leadership managing large field operations

• Electric, telecom, or fiber utility construction
• Joint trenching or multi-utility installations
• DOT or large infrastructure project experience

• Highly driven and production-focused
• Strong in planning, organization, and execution
• Proven ability to motivate crews and improve field performance
