Position Overview

This role is a trusted thought partner to our IT leaders, helping shape how work gets done and enabling leaders to operate at their best. You'll work closely with mid-level executives, bringing exceptional people insight, strong judgment, and the confidence to respectfully push back when needed.

This is a hybrid position onsite 3 days per week based in Madison, WI

Essential Duties

Include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Navigate mostly routine and some non-routine day-to-day activities of mid-level executives to ensure seamless execution. Includes assuming central coordination for all requests, applying appropriate urgency to high volume competing requests.
  • Manage calendars, expense reconciliation, travel arrangements and other tasks as needed.
  • Proactively assist in problem-solving for the leader - research inquiries, become knowledgeable about areas the leader leads, may create and recommend solution(s).
  • Serve as a trusted partner and primary point of contact for internal and potentially external stakeholders on matters pertaining to executive's schedule and activities.
  • Review and triage incoming correspondence, emails, and requests; respond on behalf of leaders where appropriate using discretion and judgment.
  • Prepare high-quality documents, reports, presentations, and communications in support of executive meetings and initiatives.
  • Facilitate seamless communication and coordination between the leaders and other departments.
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with a high level of integrity and discretion.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of executive operations.
  • Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.
  • Support and comply with the company's Quality Management System policies and procedures.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviors for the organization.
  • Ability to work nights and/or weekends, as needed.
  • Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day.
  • Ability and means to travel 5% between Exact Sciences locations.
  • Ability to travel 5% of working time away from work location. May include overnight/weekend travel.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Administrative support or a similar field preferred, or High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience working in an administrative support capacity, demonstrating progressively increasing responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated experience with business travel & expense platforms & receipt reconciliation.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft365 suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Salary Range:

$64,000.00 - $105,000.00

The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis. In addition, this position is bonus eligible.
