Focus: The Administrative Assistant / Systems Coordinator willperform a wide range of administrative and general support duties. This role will own the document management system, ensuring effective management of our work process and continuous improvement.You will assist with training coordination, partnering with Division, Site, and Facility Leadership to promote and manage a proactive and effective department training program to meet business, plant, function, and individual goals in support of a highly reliable and sustainable workforce.

In conjunction with Leadership, owns and coordinates the development,implementation, and maintenance of the department training program and curriculum to ensure effective and efficient training of facility personnel in compliance with all training policies and requirements.

Administrative Assistant / Systems Coordinator Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of administrative experience in a manufacturing environment.
Competence in Learning Management System (Workday) utilization and related operating discipline preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - verbal and written.
Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking, time management, and meticulous attention to detail.
Prior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred.
Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) and possess a valid US driver's license.
