Title: Administrative Assistant / Systems Coordinator
Location: St. Gabriel, LA

Salary: $58,000 - 80,000
Schedule: 9/80, 5-8s

Focus: The Administrative Assistant / Systems Coordinator willperform a wide range of administrative and general support duties. This role will own the document management system, ensuring effective management of our work process and continuous improvement.You will assist with training coordination, partnering with Division, Site, and Facility Leadership to promote and manage a proactive and effective department training program to meet business, plant, function, and individual goals in support of a highly reliable and sustainable workforce.

Administrative Assistant / Systems Coordinator Essential Job Functions:

    • Handle routine and non-routine administrative tasks with little direction from supervisor.

    • Manage and oversee library implementer (Documentum) ensuring compliance with Olin's document management system.

    • Lead overall Olin Management System (OMS) "implement" and "maintain" efforts for the department.

    • Assist in the identification and training of department Element Focal Points

    • Provide support for new member on-boarding process and department transfers.

    • Gather department data and prepare routine reports; design and maintain spreadsheets

    • In conjunction with Leadership, owns and coordinates the development,implementation, and maintenance of the department training program and curriculum to ensure effective and efficient training of facility personnel in compliance with all training policies and requirements.

    • Ensure all required employee training records are up to date, maintained and tracked to deliver 100% compliance. Owns and schedules the Training Review Board (TRB) process for all plant areas.

    • Serve as department timekeeper; reviewing timesheets and ensuring compliance with Olin's pay policies.

Administrative Assistant / Systems Coordinator Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Competence in Learning Management System (Workday) utilization and related operating discipline preferred.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - verbal and written.

  • Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking, time management, and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Prior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred.

  • Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) and possess a valid US driver's license.
