Sales Development Representative - Mental Health Biotech - Mason, OH (Onsite)

• Lead Qualification: Engage with healthcare professionals and patients to understand their needs, qualify leads, and ensure alignment with our solutions.
• Pipeline Development: Maintain a steady flow of qualified opportunities and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
• Research & Targeting: Research prospective accounts, identify key decision-makers, and develop strategies to generate interest.
• CRM Management: Accurately update and manage lead information in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
• Education & Awareness: Communicate the value of our mental health solutions through clear, consultative conversations.
• Performance Goals: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly activity and lead conversion targets.

• Education: BS/BA degree or equivalent preferred.

• Experience: Previous experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales preferred; healthcare experience is a plus.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), email automation tools, and virtual meeting platforms.

• Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.

• Adaptability & Coachability: Ability to quickly learn new concepts, adjust to changing priorities, and embrace feedback for continuous improvement.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and via email.

• Sales Mindset: Goal-oriented, competitive, and driven to succeed.

Ability to clearly communicate with coworkers or customers. Ability to travel to, from, and around the offices of Myriad providers and customers-sometimes transporting sales collateral or Myriad materials. Ability to stand or sit for extended periods at an assigned workstation. Use of equipment and tools necessary to perform essential job functions.
