This leader will translate high-level vision into actionable roadmaps, ensuring that data capabilities scale to meet the evolving needs of the business and evolving capabilities in the analytics space while driving measurable financial operational excellence. What Will You Do? As a ROPS Analytics Director, you will lead a team driving strategic insights, identifying and implementing revenue cycle opportunities, and collaborating across teams to enhance DaVita's financial performance. This role will lead and develop a team of analysts, foster a data-driven culture, be a key leader in our analytical modernization and transformation, and effectively communicate recommendations to senior leadership.
