What you will do:

• Answer and assist with calls and emails from Branch locations
• Bill freight and directs
• Entering customer payments
• Issue credit to resolve account receivable disputes as approved by local management
• Manage returns - customer credits, vendor returns
• Review unapproved payables for direct orders
• Support sales writers and management with Eclipse transactions
• Work with manager to clear open cash accounts
• Reconcile daily cash box
• Handle month end and cycle counts

What you will bring:

• Ability to adapt to various software systems.
• Ability to read and interpret documents.
• Ability to solve practical problems.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions, and percentages
• Ability to deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to interpret various instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to prioritize needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, computer, and organizational skills

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• The ability to sit for extended periods while using phones and computers.
• The ability to work autonomously with little supervision.

• This job is performed primarily in general office environments.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

Rate: $20 - 23/ hourly
