POSITION SUMMARY: Under general supervision from the department director, supervises the daily operations of an office of approximately 4 full and part time employees and approximately 1 per diem and freelance interpreters. Ensures that the department meets standards for performance and service to patients who need translation/interpreter services. Motivates, evaluates, and disciplines, if necessary, assigned staff. Ensures appropriate staff coverage. Assists with hiring of new staff. Monitors performance of staff for quality assurance and adopts customer services strategies. Position: Supervisor of Interpreter Services Department: Interpretive Services Schedule: Full Time ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES: Supervises the daily activities of the Interpreters, dispatchers, scheduling assistants and other assigned staff.

Compensation Range: $60,500.00- $88,000.00This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications.
